STRANGER WITH CANDY: TEENAGE KIDNAPPER & MURDER SUSPECT CHYREL JOLLS TERRORIZED A COMMUNITY IN 1961

In the summer of 1961, a fifteen year-old girl named Chyrel Jolls kidnapped children in a nice middle class neighborhood in Buffalo, New York. Fifty-five years later, one of her surviving victims recounts his experience for me in an exclusive interview.
